17. What time do you visit?

A. Visits are carried out during the morning. I aim to complete all jobs before midday, which is why I try to limit the number of calls I book.

17. What if my pet becomes sick?

A. Obviously we all hope this doesn't happen, but unfortunately it can. I will normally try and contact you first to explain my concerns, but depending on how urgent I think it is, I will call your vet and explain the situation and ask for an appointment as soon as possible.

17. How do I pay?

A. You can pay by either cash, cheque or bank transfer, whichever works best for you.
